Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21±1 day
of January lg 75 . The following members were present: Mar uiide,
Councilmen Hunt. Se 'bold and Spaeth_____
The o ow ng members were absent: Councilman Neils,
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its n opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 71
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT 101-002 LANCASTER LANE FORCE MAIN
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc., and payment is recommended. Their estimate includes payment
for material on the job site. The contractor has supplied the papers required by
the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE -'IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the staff is authorized and directed to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $41,265.18 to Northdale Construction Company for
Project 401-002, Lancaster Lane Force Main.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt—Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
