Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-69
RESCINDING GARBAGE HAULING LICENSE - WILLIE'S RUBBISH REMOVAL
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Garbage Hauling License for Willie's Rubbish
Removal at the January 6. 1975 regular Council waeting, per Resolution No. 75-37,
and
WHEREAS, Willie's Rubbish Removal has requested that the Council rescind said
license,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Resolution No. 75-37 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ard adopted.
