CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,was held on the 20th day
of January , 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
lne following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-68
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Cigarette Licenses have been received from
the parties listed below, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, of the City
Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Cigarette License applications for the parties listed below be approved
for the period January 1, 1975 through December 31, 1975.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt -
Neils, Seibold and Saaeth
