Councilman Seibold' introduced the following Resolution and.
moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION N0. 75-65
APPROVING RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR PLYMOUTH LIQUOR STORE
WHEREAS, the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses now in operation throughout
the City of Plymouth do hereby expire on January 31, 1975, and
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License commenc-
ing February 1, 1975, for a period of one year, was received from Plymouth Liquor
Store,
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Plymouth Liquor Store be approved
for a period of one year, commencing February 1, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
