RESOLUTION NO. 75-61
RENEWING INTERCEPTOR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE METROPOLITAN SEWER BOARD FOR 1975
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Sewer Board (MSB) and the City of Plymouth (City)
have previously entered into an Interceptor Maintenance Agreement No. 59 for
the maintenance of the MSB Sewer System within the City, and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Sewer Board has requested that said agreement be
reneejed for the year 1975 under the same terms and conditions contained in the
Agreement which is presently in force between the Metropolitan Seater Board and
the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNEOSTA that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to execute the Statement of
Agreement Renewal Interceptor Maintenance Agreement No. 59 between the Metropolitan
Sewer Board and the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neil , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foil ow ng voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Hildei Councilman Hunt
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
