HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-060Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution end moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-60 ACCEPTING UTILITIES - BELMAR INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, the eeve:'oper, Be1Mar Builders, has constructed certain sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer utilities for Be1Mar Industrial Park, A-373, pursuant to the development contract, dated May 20, 1974, and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected said utility construction and finds it in conformance with -he approved plans and specifications for said project, as prepared by McCombs -Knutson, dated May, 1974, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the aforementioned sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer utilities are hereby accepted by the City of Plymouth for continual maintenance, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that BelMar will complete the minor adjustment items as outlined in the City Engineer's memo dated January 2. 1975 and acknowledged by Be1Mar's letter (Tan Loyas) of January 14, 1975. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor ereo :_Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Snaeth Ine roi1owing votea against or abstained: non Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
