RESOLUTION NO. 75-59
ALLOCATION TO SC'OOL DISTRICT 281 COMMUNITY EDUCATION & SERVICES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymcuth and Independent School District 281 (Robbinsdale)
have previously entered into a joint and cooperative agreement for recreational
facility utilization, and
WHEREAS School District 281 operates a Community Education and Services Depart-
ment,'with whom the City Park and Recreation Department works in providing recrea-
10 programs, and
WHEREAS-, in order that the City recreational programs may be assured of adequate
facilities for their programs, the Community Education and Services Department
has requested that the: City join in their Community Education Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the sum of $900 be contributed to the Independent School District 281 (Robbins -
dale) -Community Education and Services Department for the purposes of facilitating
the accomodation of City recreational programs in District facilities.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
