Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-56
LEASE EXTENSION OPTION —TEMPORARY CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and BelMdr Builders have previously entered into
a lease for a Temporary City Hall at 3025 Harbor Lane, which lease is to expire
on December 31, 1977, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain an additional two-year option to extend the
lease,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Mayor and the Manager be and the same are hereby authorized to enter into
an option for extending the present lease through_ December 31, 1979 at a net rental
rate note to exceed $6.30 per foot per year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cguacilman N#i_ls , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
