Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution end
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-57
DEFERRED ASSESSMENT - PLAT 43731, PARCEL 4815
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report of January 17 has recommended that the
Council rescind certain deferred assessments against Plat 43731, Parcel 4815, in
the amount of $2,347.65, and
WHEREASthe City Manager has further recommended that as a consideration of
rescinding these assessments additional assessments should be collected if and
when the subject parcel is further subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the staff is directed to establish a record of a pending assessment against
Plat 43731, Parcel 4815, which pending assessment shall indicate that in considera-
tion of the rescinding of the assessment in the amount of $2,347.65 the City
shall upon further subdivision of the parcel collect sewer and water assessments
as if that new parcel had not previously been assessed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
