moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-56
RESCINDING ASSESSMENTS - PLAT 43731, PARCEL 4815
WHEREAS, this Council levied special assessments against Plat 43731, Parcel 4815, in
the amount of $2,347.65 by Resolution No. 74-478, as part of Levy 6104, and
WHEREAS, these assessments represented assessments deferred from the Southwest
sewer and water project, Levy 4747, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the deferred assessments levied.
against Plat 437331, Parcel 4815, be rescinded as recommended in his memo dated
January 17,
NOV", THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTa
that assessments in the amount of $2,347.65 levied against Plat 43731, Parcel 4815,
and recorded in Levy 6104, be and the same are hereby rescinded and that the County
AOditor is hereby requested to remove same from Its records.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CQlman Saae t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
