CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day
of January 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 52
APPROVING BOND RELEASE - MAPLEDELL FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Developer, Countryside Development, of Mapledell 1st Addition has
furnished the City of Plymouth with a bond to assure the installation of certain
streets, street signs and boulevard and drainage sod in accordance with the
Development Contract No. A-103, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested release of said bond in their letter of
December 4, 1974,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the development bond issued by St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance
in the amount of $11,400.00 for Mapledell 1st Addition is hereby reduced to $0.00
