The north 176 feet of that part of Lots 14 and 15, Wayzata Farm-
steads, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying south of a line drawn
parallel with and 286 feet north, measured at right angles, from the
south line of said Lot 14, and lying east of a line drawn north per-
pendicular to said south line from a point thereon distant 194.16
feet west from the southeast corner of said Lot 14.
All in Section 31, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the resolution+-eras de-
clared duly passed and adopted.
