Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day
of January , 19 75 . The following members were present: Mayor

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
io-ved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-48
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CARGILL. INC.
WHEREAS, Cargill, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to
operate pilot plant testing equipment at 2530 Xenium Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that s`the request of Cargill, Inc. for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to
operate pilot plant testing equipment at 2530 Xenium Lane is hereby approved,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Performance standards as required in the I-1 District (Section 15, Subdivision
8,,Zoning ordinance) be met.
2. Building code requirements as per the State Building Code be followed, i.e.
especially as relates to mezzanine use and handicap requirements.
3. One name plat sign not to exceed 16 square feet.
4. No venting of fermentation gases outside the building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seib.old and upon vote being taken thereon, the
T6115wing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilman Hunt_
Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: n n
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly—passed and adopted.
