RESOLUTION NO. 75-47
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING WITH HENNEPIN
COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NO. 75-46
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of the consolidation
of Outlot A, Block 1, Medicine Lake Industrial Park with Parcel 1150, Plat 43736,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the Resolution approving said consolidation shall not be filed
with the County until the following condition is met:
1. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund in the amount of $1200 (2.4 acres
x $500 per acre covering Outlot A) be paid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilfnan_Sgibo , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
