Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 75-46
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION - DAVID TRACH AND JOSEPH E. PAZANDAK
WHEREAS, Joseph E. Pazandak and David Trach, owners of Jutlot A, Block 1, Medicine
Lake Industrial Park, have requested that this outlot be combined with Parcel 1150,
Plat 43736, and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision would not inter -
10 fere-with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth
and that a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hard-
ship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota
Statutes, and Chapter VII of the City Code as related to the consolidation
is hereby approved wits respect to the following described parcel:
Oudot A. Medicine Lake Industrial Park,
and
Commencing at the Southeast corner of North One -Half of the Northwest
Quarter of the Norheast Quarter; thence West 24 rods; thence North to
Southwesterly line of Minnesota Western Railroad right-of-way; thence
Northwesterly along same to the North line of Section 36; thence West
to the Northwest corner of Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;
thence South 50 rods; thence East to the East line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North to the point of beginning;
also North 66 feet of the East 330 feet of the South Three -Eighths of
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, except road.
All in Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
2. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
for recording purposes.
