Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-40
EXCLUSION OF PLYMOUTH POPULATION FROM HENNEPIN COUNTY COUNT -
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REVENUE SHARING PARTICIPATION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has the capability and desire to undertake community
development "essential activities" provided for in the Community Development Act;
and
. WHEREAS, it is necessary to count the population of Plymouth for Plymouth to be
eligible for such activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Plymouth population be excluded from the Hennepin County Count pursuant
to the regulations regarding qualifications as an urban county.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
