Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r�eru�lar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-38
OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses now in operation throughout the
City of Plymouth do hereby expire on January 31, 1975, and
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses commenc-
ing February 1, 1975, for a period of one year, were received from the parties
• listed below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for a period of one year, commencing
February 1, 1975, are hereby approved for the following:
Ken -Shay, Inc., dba Center Liquors
11331 State Highway 55
Helen T. Hathaway, dba Highway Liquors
3435 No. County Road 18
Bass Lake Bottle Shop
11540 County Road 10
Party Mart, Inc.
4130 Highway 101 North
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Nei and upon vote being taken thereon, the
