Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution end
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-37
GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE - WILLIE'S RUBBISH REMOVAL
WHEREAS, Willie's Rubbish Removal has submitted an application for Garbage Hauler
License to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section
14, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application for Garbage Hauler License of Willie's Rubbish Removal be
approved for a period to expire March 31, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
