HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-034n LJ • • CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ula meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the nth day of January 1975 The following members were present:_Mayor Nil e, Cuunr lflteTf"FOT, neiis, ..eisold and Spaeth The oil ng mi emFeirs were absent- none t+r � wr Councilman Hunt introdured the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-34 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING - PROJECT NO. 506 - T.H. 101 AND COUNTY ROAD 6 WHEREAS, in accordance with the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1973 which provides funding for highway projects within urban areas and such projects must be consistent with the planning process required by Section 134 of Title 23, U.S. Code, and WHEREAS, the Transportation Board through adoption of Resolution 7,8, and 9 has established an urban area, urban system and policies for allocation of Federal Aid Urban Funds within the Twin Cities, and WHEREAS, the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1973 requires that a public hearing be held in order to afford the public ample opportunity to study said projects, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a public hearing be held on March 19 ,1975 for the proposed improvement of T.H. 101 between T.H. 12 and County Road 6, City of Plymouth Project 506 in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1973 for F.A.U. projects.
