CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on tTie 6th day
of January 1975 The following members were present: Mayor Hilder,

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-30
OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR CITY FUNDS - 1975
WHEREAS, Stage Statutes require that the City designate general depositories
for City monies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ii ;!FREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the First Nrtional Bark of Minneapolis, the First National Bank of Wayzata,
and the Plymouth State Bank are hereby designated as general depositories of the
City of Plymouth for 1975, contingent upon receipt by the City of evidence of the
deposit of sufficient collateral in the amount and kinds as requiwad by the State
Statutes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
