CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 6th dais

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-25
ETA AGREEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that pursuant
to statutory authority, the City Engineer for and on behalf of the City of Plymouth
is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department of
Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the year of 1975;
for which payment will be made by the City upon receipt of verified claims from
40 the Commissioner of Highways.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
.following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen HHnt,_jigilr-
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against orabstained: n
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
