The following menbers were present: Ma'nr Hild Counc amen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and S a th The following members were absent: none w*+r �t Councilman Neils introdured the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-24 ELM CREEK CONSERVATION COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has joined other communities in entering into a cooperative agreement for the Elm Creek Conservation Commission, WHEREAS, the Elm Creek Conservation Commission has submitted a bill for the City of Plymouth's share of the 1975 budget, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, . MINNESOTA that payment in the amount of $876.00 from the Contingency Fund is authorized to the Elm Creek Conservation Commission, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Officer is directed to set up a separate account for the Elm Creek Conservation Commission in order that all payments and charges to said Commission can be separately accounted for. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Hilde , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof:. Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hent, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The Tollowinq voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed an adopted.
