CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day
of Janua)y , 1975 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilman Hunt. N
The following memoers were a sent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution end
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-22
RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BOND - CARLSON COMPANIES, INC.
WHEREAS, Carlson Companies, Inc. has requested release of the landscape bond
for a motel/restaurant at 2705 Annapolis Lane, and
WHEREAS, City staff has inspected the landscaping on this property and finds it
• to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in general agreement
with the approved landscape plan for this site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Carlson Companies, Inc. for release of the landscape bond
for a motel/restaurant at 2705 Annapolis Lane is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
an Seib , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
