Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City

Councilman S ibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-20
RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE BM 0 - ELMER HOKKANN
WHEREAS, Elmer Hokkanen has requested release of the landscape bond for a marine/
motorcycle sales outlet at 3405 ?forth County Road 18, and
WHEREAS, City staff has inspected the landscaping on this property and finds it
. to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements and in general agreement
with the approved landscape plan for this site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Elmer Hokkanen for release of the landscape bond for a marine/
motorcycle sales outlet at 3405 North County Road 18 is hereby granted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
