Councilman Seibold _-- introduced the fol l o;-ring Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-17
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO, 4
PROJECT 302 - WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, -
MINNESOTA; that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 4
in the amount of $49,011,00 to Berglund -Johnson, Inc. on Project 302,•Water
Treatment Plant.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Cesolution wos duly seconded by
