RESOLUTION NO. 75-14
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT 306 - XENIUM LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,'Anderlik•and .
Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC-L OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1 in the amount'of
$ 41,976.63 on Project No. 306, Xenium Lane south of the railroad tracks to.Irving Lamppa
Construction.
