The following members were present: mayor ITi1de, Councilmen unt,he s, Sei� booTd and Spaeth The roll6wT_n9members were absent: none •ir�r ter* Councilman Hunt introdured the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-11 SEWER CONNECTION PROJECT 66-1I 1513 WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth undertook sanitary sewer project No. 66-1I, said project consisting of sewer lines, one of which was located on Evergreen Lane south of 16th Avenue in order to provide service for the house on Lot 1, Block 1, Elmhurst Gateway 2nd Addition, WHEREAS, this house is very low in relation to the street,'and in order to Provide sanitary sewer service, the sewer line would have to be lowered approximately 6 feet for this house only, WHEREAS, the Council agreed in 1966 to allow the house to be left out of the project for gravity service, and indicated if sewer was required a small ejector or sump pump could be purchased by the village for installation in the home in order to lift sewitle into the sewer on Evergreen Lane, WHEREAS, it was determined by the Council that this solution was more economical than lowering the sewer on the narrow right-of-way of Evergreen Lane, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that theyapprcved payment for installation of an ejector pump for sanitary sewer connection at 1513 West Medicine Lake Drive BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that they ordered collection of any arrears of sewer service charges to the property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof:— Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
