HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-0101W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call an: notice thereof, a rhe ulnar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held og the 6th day of January , 1975 The following members were r,resent: Mavor Hilde, Count men un Nes, Se-ToTd and Spaeth The following me ers were a sent: none arw* Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and mjved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-10 SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NOS. 75-8 AND 75-9 WHEREAS, Mendota, Inc., owner of Parcels 5500 and 6500, Plat 43702, have requested certain consolidation and lot divisions, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission have reviewed said request and recommends approval, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the lot division and consolidation as requested, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the resolutions approving said subdivision and consolidation shall not be filed with Hennepin County until the following conditions are met: 1. That an agreement be entered into between the City of Plymouth and Mendota, Inc. to dedicate the right-of-way along Parcels 5000, 9000 and 61500, along County Road 10 when that line has been determined; i.e. feet along Parcel 5000, and 54 feet along Parcels 6500 and 9000. Also the 30 foot right-of-way easement along the south side of Parcel A be dedicated. 2. The barn now located on parts of Parcel A and B be removed by August 1, 1975. 3. Acceptance of the residence's drainfield and septic system for Parcel A be made by tie City's Building Inspection Department. 4. Access to County Road 10 be denied upon completion of 60th Avenue North along Parcel A's south boundary line. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by u►� '1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the :o owing voted in favor thereof:— Mavor Hilde_ Councilmen Hunt Neils.
