Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —regular meeting of the City
Ccurcil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day

Councilman Spaeth introdu:ed the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-8
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION - EUGENE HICKOK/MENDOTA, INC.
WHEREAS, Mendota, Inc., owner of Parcels 5500 and 6500, Plat 43702, have requested
consolidation of the parcels as follows:
PARCEL A
That portion of Parcel 5500, Plat 43702 lying south of Country Road 47
. and 10 be combined with that portion of Parcel 6500, Plat 4:1702 lying
south of County Road 47 and 10.
PARCEL B
That porton of Parcel 5500, Plat 43702 lying north.of County Road
and 10 be combined with that portion of Parcel 6500, Plat 4:1702 ly,_
south of County Road 47 and 10.
and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the above described parcels be consolidated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmanNeils� , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor thereof:. Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt,
Neils Seibold and SRaeth
The following voted against orabstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe% an adopte .
