CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day
of January , 1975 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Se=o d and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introdured the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-5
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING
WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NO. 75-4
WHEREAS, the l'hurch of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints, owner of certain parcel
in Section 33_ City of Plymouth, has requested a division of this parcel, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the division of this
parcel as requested by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that copies of the resolution approving said subdivision shall not be filed with
Hennepin County until the following conditions are met:
1. Dedication of 7 feet of additional right-of-way easement along Vicksburg Lane.
2. No park dedication or fees in lieu be required of Parcel B or until development
of Parcel A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , end upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
