HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-002CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of January , 1975 The following members were present: Mayor Tilde, Codnci Imen un e s, Sei ooTd and Spaeth The following members were absent: none *#* *** *** Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-2 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF MEDICINE LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK, PER REQUEST OF JOSEPH E. PAZANDAK WHEREAS, Joseph E. Pazandak has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat of Medicine Lake Industrial Park dated NovEmber 22, 1974 to be located on 14.43 acres in the northwest corner of 10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and does recommend approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEn BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Joseph E. Pazandak for approval of a Preliminary Plat of Medi- cine Lake Industrial Park, dated November 22, 1974, to be located on 14.43 acres in the northwest corner of 10th Avenue North and Nathan Lane is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Lot 3, Block 1 be designated as outlot and process initiated to effect a combination with Parcel 1150, Plat 43735 (Minneapolis Auto Auction property to the north). 2. Utility easements, as recommended by the City Engineer, be made a part of this recommendation. 3. Recommendations of the Bassett's Creek Food Control Commission be a part of this recommendation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:— Mayor h;lde, CouncilmHunt. Neils, Seibold and Saaeth ine following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ar-c adopted.
