Louncllmen Hunt owingmembers we e *tt MW CITY OF PLYMOUTH thereof, a regular meeting of the City Minnesota, was held on t e 16th day The following members were present: Mayor Seibold and Spaeth t: none trice Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-622 APPROVING PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT NO. 304-001 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the Council on January 28, 1974, the Consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc., retained for the purpose, has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of streets in the Hughes 1st and 2nd Additions and the Roger L. Johnson Addition by the installation of biturlinous surfacing with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenance, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. ®NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESnTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids on the making of such improvement under such approve pans and specification. The advertisement shall be published for two days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids shall be received by the Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on Friday the 10th day of January, 1975 at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building located at 14900 23rd Avenue North, by the City Manager and the City Engine,ar, will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 p.m. on January 13, 1975 in the Council Chambers; and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashie" s check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for 5% of the amou of such b'd. The motion for the adoption of the fe,;.�going Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils :.and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: lMawor Hilda.
