Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a req ieeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota.—was YA on the— 16th day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-617B
SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO. 57802 -
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the City
enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Hichways for
the following purposes, to -wit: to supplement Cooperative Construction Agreement
No. 57802 dated October 15, 1974, between the City of Plymouth and the Minnesota
Department of Highways and provide for the City to cause that portion of the
54 -inch storm sewer outfall line being constructed under City Project 307 which
will cross Trunk Highway No. 55 to be jacked under the trunk highway roadway, and
also, provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's cost share of
said jacked storm sewer pipe crossing of Trunk Highway No. 55.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
to execute such agreement. (Supplement No. 1 to Cooperative Construction Agree-
ment No. 57802)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
