Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Cour�il 9 the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was old on the i6th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-615
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
PROJECTS 408 & 409 - 34TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT
AND 36TH AVENUE SIDEWALKS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No, 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc, and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized and directed to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $3,141.29 to Buffalo Bituminous on Projects
408 and 409, 34th Avenue Street Improvement and 36th Avenue Sidewalks.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Maynr Hiirij.. rouncilraea

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
