Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City
Council of the City c•f Plymouth, Minnesota, wasr-eguihn the 16th day
of December 19 74. The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-614
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 305 - VICKSBURG LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CLTY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized and directed to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $32,556.06 to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. for
. Project 305, Vicksburg Lane Street Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o- owing voted in favor thereof: Maynr Hilda- rrnmrilman
Hunt Neils Seibold and S

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
