Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-613
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECT 402 - NORTHEAST TRUNK WATER MAIN
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized and directed to make payment on Request for
. payment No. 3 in the amount of $110,812.97 to Erickson Brothers on Project 402,
Northeast Trunk Water Main.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
