Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-612
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
PROJECTS 404 & 405 - NATHAN LANE & 10TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFG.E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No.4
in the amount of $3,912.92 to Alexander Construction Company for Projects 404 & 405
. Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue Street Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
