Pursuant to due c411 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,was held on the 16th day

Councilr,a, Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved-1ts a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-611
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECT 302 - WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 3
in the amount of $69,177.00 to Berglund -Johnson, Inc. for Project 302, Water Treatment
Plant.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo : Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The rollowing voted against or a stain : none
Whereupon. the Resolution was declared duly —passed and adopted.
