Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the 6 day

Councilman -Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74.609
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3
PROJECT 401 - NORTHEAST INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 3 in the amount
of $22,587.:4 on Project 401, Northeast Interceptor to the Rauenhorst Corporation.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof : savor H?lde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution wag declared duly —passed and adopted.
