HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-6061W 1W • CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was e d on the 16th dale of December 19 74, The following members were present: ayor i1 e, Co , SUM -61d and Spaeth - The following members were absent: none Carr Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution end moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-606 SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING .WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY OF RESOLUTION NO. 74-605 WHEREAS, Clyde R. Jorgenson, owner of certain parcel in Section 4, City of Plymouth, has requested a division of this parcel, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the division of • this parcel as requested by Clyde R. Jorgenson, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the resolution approving said subdivision shall not be filed with Hennepin County until the following condition is met: 1. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund in the amount of $150 per lot be paid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by . Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the T -67 -owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against ora statne :-r:one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly p�Issed and adopted. Resolution No. 74-605 PageTwo • • Page Two 10northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 118, Range 22, distant 1747.23 feet south of the north line of said northeast quarter; thence west at right angles to the east line thereof a distance of 184.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be hereinafter described; thence continuing west along said land described course a distance of 140.00 feet; thence at right angles north to the center line of County Road 47; thence easterly along the center line of said County Road to a point on a line drawn north and parallel with the east line of said west half of northeast quarter from the actual point of beginning; thence south along said last described line to the point of beginning. 2. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this Resolution for recording purposes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
