Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 16th day of

RESOLUTION NO. 74-605
APPROVING LOT DIVISION - CLYDE R. JORGENSON
WHEREAS, Clyde R. Jorgenson, who oa-ins land in Section 4 of the City of Piy1nouth,has
requested a subdivision tâ–ºariance, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said regjest, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said land into
two parcels, one of which would contain less than five (5) acres, would not interfere
with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that
10 a refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on such
owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
AS FOLLOWS:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota
Statutes, and Section 9.02 of Chapter VII of the City Code relating to conveyances
by metes and bounds of parcels of land containing an area of land less than fire
(5) acres is hereby waived with respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL A
The north 330.45 feet of the south 660.70 feet of the west half of the
northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota ly';g east of the west 716.00 feet thereof. Also the north
295.95 feet f the south 626.40 feet of the west 716.00 feet of the west
half of th ,northeast quarter of said Section 4: Subject to an casement
for roadwa, purposes over and across the east 33.00 feet of said west half
of northeast quarter.
PARCEL B
That part of the east 324.00 feet of the west half of the northeast quarter
of Section 4, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying
north of the south 660.90 `ett, and south of County Road No. 47, subject to
an easeme;t for roadway purpose over and across the northerly and easterly
33.70 feet thereof, except therefrom that part of said west half as described
