Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-604
SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO SIGNING BY CITY OFFICIALS
OF FINAL.PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - STOBBE'S FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Stobbe Development, Inc. has requested approval of a Final Plat of Stobbe's
First Addition, containing four lots, and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Stobbe's First Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Final Plat and Development Contract not be signed by the authorized City
Officials until the following conditions are met:
1. The necessary proper conveyance of right-of-way along what was shown as Outlot
A on the Preliminary Plat of Stobbe's First Addition be presented to the City.
2. The necessary proper conveyance for the right-of-way shown as Tract E on the
Final Plat of Stobbe's First Addition be presented to the City.
3. Utility easements be provided along the property lines as required.
4. That all necessary storm drainage easements be conveyed by separate easement.
The motion for the adoption, of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowlng voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
