Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-602
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - HETTYE J. PACYGA
WHEREAS, Hettye J. Pacyga has requested renewal of her Conditional Use Permit to
continue operation of a beauty shop in her home at 805C Lanewood Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and does recom-
mend approval,
NOW, HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Hettye J. Pacyga for renewal of the Conditional Use Permit to
operate a beauty shop in her home at 805C Lanewood Lane is hereby approved, subject
to the following conditions:
1. There be no on -street parking beyond that usual for single family residences.
2. The permit is granted for a period of one year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hildp- rnnnrilmpn Hunt
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained:
