Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Coun it qf the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heldon the 16th day
of December , 19 14 . The following members were present: mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Runt,Neils, Sef6'on and Spaeth
The following me ers were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-601
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - SATELLITE INDUSTRIEWELMAR BUILDERS
WHEREAS, Satellite Industries, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit to operate
a manufacturing and processing enterprise at 2530 Xenium Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and does recom-
mend approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Satellite Industries, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to oper-
ate a manufacturing and processing enterprise at 2530 Xenium Lane is hereby approved,
subject to the following conditions:
1. All performance standards for an I-1 District be met (see Section 15, Subd. 8,
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance).
2. Fire lanes as established by Staff be created.
3. No outside storage of materials or wastes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof:. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
