Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 74-599
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF FINAL
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. 504
ZACHARY LANE
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 18th day of November, 1974 sets
a date for the Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Zachary Lane between County
Road 9 and s61;h Avenue by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb
and gutter, storm sewer, water main and all necessary appurtnnances,and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the
isrequired notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 16th day of Dei -.ember.
1974 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY109H, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
December 16, 1974.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc, are designated as angirwger for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such impra
which shall include initial street construction of 7 ton bituminous rural section
without concrete curb and gutter
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
