Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Ci+v
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day
of December , 19 74 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Counclimen Runt—,17e=s, Sel5oTd and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introd-iced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-596
DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 1974
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending November 30, 1974 was pre-
sented to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that payment of the list of disbursements for the following funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $140,350.33
Construction Fund 634,551.51
Plymouth State Bank
Water Fund 10,187.07
Sewer Fund 37,855.36
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 102,366.25
Grand Totals All Funds $925,310.52
The motion for the adoption of the foregoirg Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vete being taken thereon, the
allow ng voted in favor t ereo.: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
