Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 9th daffy of

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 74-595
TAXI -CAB DRIVERS LICENSES - 1974
WHEREAS, the City has received applications from individuals for licenses to drive
taxi -cabs in the City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8 of the
City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the following list of taxi -cab license applications is hereby approved for a
period to end December 31, 1974.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
