Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Coun it f the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th dey

Thefollowing members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-594
APPROVING TAXI -CAB VEHICLE LICENSES - TOWN TAXI, INC.
WHEREAS, Town Taxi, Inc. has requested a Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity for the purposes of operating six (6) taxi -cabs, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section B. of the City Code,
NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
10that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is hereby granted to Town
Taxi, Inc. for 1974 for the operation of six (6) taxi -cabs, AND FURTHER, that the
taxi -cab licenses, listed below, are hereby approved.
