CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day
of December , 1974 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-593
APPROVING TRANSFER OF TAXI -CAB VEHICLE LICENSES - TOWN TAXI, INC.
WHEREAS, Town Taxi, Inc. has requested a transfer of Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity for one vehicle, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 8, of the
City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, granted by the City Council
in Resolution No. 74-2n8, be transferred from Vehicle #1 - a 1971 Ford, Serial No.
1P51D191730, License No. KJ 3722 - to Vehicle #2 - a 1974 Plymouth, Serial No.
RT41C4A256233, License No. NB 9308.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon., the
go following vote in aver t ercuf: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
