CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SPECIAL meeting of the City
Council o` the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day
of December , 1974 . The following members were present: _
Mayor RIM, ounc 7men Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution ;and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 74-591
APPROVING 1975 PLYMOUTH COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to this Council a recommended Compensation
Plan for pity employees for 1975, and
WHEREAS, this recommended plan has been reviewed by this Council,
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Compensation Plan, as recommended by the City Manager in his report dated
November 22, 1974, be and the same is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 followingvote to favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Nei s, e o and Spaeth
The following voted against or—a-&—stained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declered duly passed and adopted.
